Product Introduction

Aplos simplified Lingual Self-ligating Bracket For Clear Aligner

The use of APLOS lingual brackets , characterized by a very low profile and a comfortable design, is to speed up the alignment and leveling of severely misaligned teeth prior to the application of Clear Aligners, with the advantage of reducing the number of the latter and the quantity of attachments , increasing the predictability of movements. They can also be used in combination with the Clear Aligners, in a hybrid approach, or simply to correct end-of-treatment relapses.

Clinical application:

    1. Aplos brackets are of two types: brackets for upper and lower anterior 3-3 teeth and brackets for premolars, also upper and lower.

    2. The slot size of the brackets is designed to work with round wires of diameter 0.012", 0.014” and 0.016” and of square wires of 0.016”X 0.016” max.

    3. The passive self-ligating mechanism works by sliding vertically toward the occlusion with the aid of a special tool equipped with a tip to engage the sliding clip. The latter, once the wire is engaged, can be closed by pushing with the fingers or with a tweezer-type tool.

    4. Affordable and economic lingual self ligating brackets, only direct bonding, easy to use. A very better and thoughtful partner for clear aligners.

Aplos Features:

    1. Bracket slot: 0.017 “X0.017”.

    2. Torque of anterior brackets: -10°, Torque of premolar brackets: -6°

    3. Absence of binding wings

    4. M-D width of the bracket: 1.7 mm

    5. Fully rounded design along the O-G direction

    6. Super low profile:1.4 mm

    7. Direct bonding, more convenient practice.

    8. Affordable and economic lingual self-ligating system
